Unrealist is founded on the understanding that everyone should have the ability to maximize their potential. To reach the edges of our limits, we need to be working from a safe foundation. From the way we do business, and the partners we work with, to the software we create, we're making decisions that support healthy communities and healthy workers.
We believe the world isn't a fair place - but if we work together, we can make real tangible changes, and it's not nearly as difficult as it seems.
Our eyes are wide open, and we know it's an uphill battle, but being an Unrealist is about doing the work because there is no better use of our energy.
What kind of work do we do?
We're pros at web software. Specifically, we're doing the following:
- Work Tools: We're arming the rebels. Product development of tools that make your work life better. We imagine a world where the tools to achieve great things are available to everyone.
- Custom Web Software: We're here to help make sure you have the best solutions for the problems you are solving, no matter where that journey takes us. From requirements gathering to solution identification and implementation - we are here to help you succeed. If you can accomplish it with the web, we can help you get there.
- Things we care about: In our spare time, we work on developing direct solutions for helping others. We want to look out the window and know we helped at least some of the people out there have a better day. It's a pretty awesome and addictive feeling!
